Ανακοινώθηκαν οι υποψηφιότητες για τα 21α ετήσια βραβεία Excellence in Production Design Awards και το Game of Thrones θα είναι υποψήφιο σε μία κατηγορία.
Η Τέχνη Σκηνοθετών τιμά τον σχεδιασμό της παραγωγής στην τηλεόραση, στις ταινίες, τα διαφημιστικά σποτ και τα μουσικά βίντεο. Το Game of Thrones είναι υποψήφιο στην κατηγορία One-hour Period or Fantasy Single-Camera Series.
